Новость о том, что международный экспертный рейтинговый проект "Wine Spectator", непререкаемый авторитет среди рестораторов планеты, заметил провинциальный Балаково, на первый взгляд выглядит просто неправдоподобно.

И тем не менее, американские эксперты обратили пристальный взор на ресторан UPelsin, базирующийся в ТЦ Проспект, и с 5 июля 2017 года внесли его в мировые рейтинги в престижной номинации "Винная карта".
Хозяин бизнеса Андрей Крылов, культивирующий тему винного ресторана 4 года, принимает поздравления от коллег со всей страны.
- Направление, которое нам удалось задать, культивируя в небольшом городе тему, которая и в столицах идет с большим трудом, крайне интересное. Самый древний на земле напиток нужно искренне любить и понимать все нюансы поставщиков и капризы клиентов, который как известно, всегда прав.
Эти усилия были замечены американскими экспертами, которые присвоили нам рейтинг, соответствующий одному фужеру. Подобных ресторанов на территории постсоветского пространства всего было 7 - мы всего-навсего восьмые по счету. И все они, в отличие от нас, находятся в столицах.
Теперь ценитель вина может увидеть на карте сайта ссылка Wine Spectator (буквально: винный наблюдатель) уютный уголок на Средней Волге, где его встретят как родного.

Заметим, что в отличие от наших новоявленных и довольно многочисленных псевдоэкспертных проектов, американский Wine Spectator за внесение в свои топ-списки не требует с рестораторов никаких денег - истинная репутация всегда дороже презренного металла. Media Coverage:
Wine Spectator will work with you to publicize your 2017 award through outside media. All winners will be emailed a media coverage report later this summer. Logos & Certificates:
Your official award certificate is in the mail. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery (international restaurants should allow 3-4 weeks for delivery).
